Morocco property price index: 2026 publications
Morocco’s National Land Registry, Cadastre and Cartography Agency (ANCFCC) publishes property price index reports. Its publications page currently lists editions for the first and second quarters of 2026. When using an index, read the original report and check the time period, geographic coverage and property categories before drawing conclusions.
A market index does not price an individual home. The value of a specific property also depends on its location, condition, size, documentation and negotiation. Online listings commonly show asking prices, which may not be the amounts paid in completed transactions.
